Fairtiq is a leading tech company revolutionizing public transportation with innovative mobile ticketing solutions. Their mission is to make sustainable commuting seamless, accessible, and appealing to users worldwide.

As a Social Media Manager, I enhanced Fairtiq’s digital presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. I developed and executed strategic content plans tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences, successfully driving engagement and boosting brand visibility.

One of my key contributions was creating a video campaign to promote sustainability and increase the adoption of public transport. The standout initiative was the 30-Day Challenge, a month-long campaign showcasing Fairtiq and its partners’ efforts in conserving energy and implementing sustainable practices. Two videos from the campaign gained significant traction, highlighting collaborative projects and strengthening Fairtiq’s leadership in sustainability.

Through this project, I delivered strategic and engaging content that resonated with the target audience, aligning with Fairtiq’s vision and reinforcing its commitment to a greener, more sustainable future.

Since 2020, I launched a travel and experiences portal focused on international adventures, enhanced with curated product and service recommendations through affiliate marketing.

Key Achievements:

  • Developed content strategies based on AIDA, The Golden Circle, and storytelling frameworks, growing a social media following of 100,000+ across YouTube and TikTok, generating 100M+ views while maintaining high engagement rates.

  • Built and optimized the website using WordPress CMS, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Created SEO-rich articles and engaging content, leveraging hooks and retention strategies. Out of 10 published articles, 8 reached #1 on Google for their target keywords.
