FAIRTIQ - Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager, I enhanced Fairtiq’s digital presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. I developed and executed strategic content plans tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences, successfully driving engagement and boosting brand visibility.

One of my key contributions was creating a video campaign to promote sustainability and increase the adoption of public transport. The standout initiative was the 30-Day Challenge, a month-long campaign showcasing Fairtiq and its partners’ efforts in conserving energy and implementing sustainable practices. Two videos from the campaign gained significant traction, highlighting collaborative projects and strengthening Fairtiq’s leadership in sustainability.

Through this project, I delivered strategic and engaging content that resonated with the target audience, aligning with Fairtiq’s vision and reinforcing its commitment to a greener, more sustainable future.

Travel Market

Guia De Mochileiro - Channels on Youtube and TikTok

Since 2020, I launched a travel and experiences portal focused on international adventures, enhanced with curated
product and service recommendations through affiliate marketing.

Key Achievements:

  • Developed content strategies based on AIDA, The Golden Circle, and storytelling frameworks, growing a social media
    following of 100,000+ across YouTube and TikTok, generating 100M+ views while maintaining high engagement rates.

  • Built and optimized the website using WordPress CMS, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Created SEO-rich articles and engaging content, leveraging hooks and retention strategies. Out of 10 published articles,
    8 reached #1 on Google for their target keywords.

YouTube Performance: Guia de Mochileiro

  • Over the analyzed period, the channel reached 7.7M views and 548K likes, generating 21,954 new subscribers, all through organic
    short-form content,with zero paid promotion.
  • The top-performing video alone drove 1.9M views (24.7% of total channel reach), using strong hook and clear value proposition.
  • The 82.2% audience retention rate on a 44-second video reflects a well-structured script and editing rhythm that kept viewers
    engaged until the end a direct result of data-informed content strategy.

Space Latam Solutions - Social Media Manager

Lead the creative and technical development of digital marketing assets. From landing pages and video production to SEO and social media strategy. Oversee the full content lifecycle, integrating design, storytelling, and analytics to drive audience growth, brand consistency, and measurable results across all platforms.

Automatization

Implemented ManyChat automation flows for @spacelatamsolutions, creating keyword-triggered comment-to-DM sequences that delivered free resources automatically. The strategy drove a measurable increase in CTR, boosting organic reach and lead generation without paid traffic investment.

Growth Strategy

Space Latam’s Instagram showed significant growth across all key metrics, driven by a combination of organic content strategy and paid media.

My scope of work covered the full inbound funnel: content strategy and creative direction for Instagram, ManyChat automation flows with keyword-triggered comment-to-DM sequences for lead generation, a Black Friday landing page, a lead magnet ebook designed to capture audiences at the awareness stage, and SEO adaptations on the WordPress website to improve organic discoverability.

The goal was to build a content ecosystem that made the paid investment convert, and gave the brand a presence that worked even when the ads were off.
